Remember your soul

Journaling circles, 1:1 mentoring, analog meet-ups, and music for coming home to who you already are.

The Loop

You're not broken. You're just wearing somebody else's outfit.

Tell me if this sounds familiar:

  • You're smart. Deeply intelligent. And somehow that person barely shows up in the outside world.
  • You've been the achiever, the strong one, the easy one for so long that you're not sure where the costume ends.
  • You keep circling the same loops: the same doubts, the same shrinking, the same "one day I'll finally…"
  • You don't need another guru. You've had enough people talking at you from a pedestal.

Here's the thing nobody told you: there is nothing missing and nothing wrong with you. The work isn't adding more. It's taking off the layers that were never yours, and letting what's underneath finally speak.

The Remembering

Three vows to yourself

Every circle, every song, every journal prompt I create revolves around three pillars. Think of them as vows in the most important marriage you'll ever be in.

  • 01

    Know yourself

Meet the you underneath the roles. Get honest about what you feel, what you want, and what you've been avoiding. Your inner intelligence has been waiting.

  • 02

    Be with yourself

Build the relationship. Sit with your emotions instead of outrunning them. Every single one carries a lesson, and you can learn to alchemize them all.

  • 03

    Live as yourself

Express, create, and move through the world as the real you. There's stuff only you came here to express, and we need to see it.

Lineage

I come from beekeepers, farmers, and storytellers.

Which means I carry a deep respect for cycles, for organic intelligence, and for the wisdom that lives within us and all around us.

I'm not here to be your guru. I'm a life-liver: highly curious, wildly in love with the human experience, and very comfortable in the emotional deep end. I believe people aren't machines. We learn through story, movement, relationship, reflection, and play.

At the center of everything I make is one question: how can we feel more alive?

Words from people who've been in the room

"Working with Eliana was an amazing honor and for three months it was the most amazing feeling knowing there is someone in your corner working with you for your highest benefit. Through exercises, questions and honest conversations, I discovered different abilities to help sift through my emotions, fears and inner turbulence. I feel more independent and yet more co-dependent on the universe at the same time."

Jessica F. Gonzalez, Esq. · 1:1 mentoring

"Her course helped me first release broken past pieces of myself I didn't even know I was holding on to. She equipped me with tools and exercises that I STILL use and gave me the confidence to just be me."

Sarah Bramme · Awaken Your Soul course

"Eliana empowers us with a radical responsibility to tap into our soul's purpose. She holds space while we deepen our understanding of ourselves and why we are here."

Annie Razcko · Awaken Your Soul course

"I've realized that I have been operating as a robot in society. This course awakened me and showed me the importance of listening and following my heart."

Songs for the journey home

Music is medicine I make. A new song is on its way. Plant yourself in the garden to hear it first.
